Translation and supervision of the world’s largest multilingual football simulation for a global player in the video game industry (February 2012 to date)

I worked at the company premises for three years, acting as the mediator between the translation agency and studio. I have prepared the German in-game comments for the agency/end client every year since 2012.

I have also been involved in the other major football simulation on the market: localisation of the street soccer version. It is always an absolute pleasure and great fun to create authentic, electrifying commentaries in German for the latest sport simulations. Beside my specialist expertise as a DFB fitness trainer and my project experience, the creative input of brilliant, spirited commentators such as Wolff-Christoph Fuss, whom I have had the honour of witnessing in action during studio recordings, help me in this. Pros such as Fuss or Thomas Herrmann are absolute role models for me as sports commentators – whether in-game or during real-life league matches.
