As a voluntary football and athletics coach, I know that these days flexibility, speed, power, stamina and stability – in that order – start to wane at an earlier age. The result? Sixteen-year-olds who can't touch their toes, back problems in the prime of life, and the elderly at greater risk of falls.  But the sports industry can do something about that: you with your products and I with my copy.
